Search is free. Taking the data out is what costs.
Everything on the site is public-domain federal data and browsing stays open. Paid plans are for extracting it at volume — exports, larger radar sets, and the API.

Two things about the limits
Exports reset on the first of the month, and an export runs to 5,000 rows. If you need the whole registry rather than a slice of it, that is a conversation rather than a plan — the bulk file is public and we can help you load it.
Enterprise API calls are metered, not cut off. Passing 500,000 in a month bills $75 per 50,000 additional calls rather than breaking your integration mid-month. You get an email at 80%. Pro stops at its limit instead, because a surprise invoice is worse than a blocked call for a single user.
